Position/Responsibilities
President: Mr. Lancaster’s responsibilities include estimating, purchasing, marketing, contract negotiation, and overseeing all phases of the roofing operation including job scheduling and head project manager. All aspects of Metalcraft’s operation are the responsibility of Mr. Allen Lancaster.
Experience:
T. Allen Lancaster has over 28 years experience in the roofing industry at Metalcrafts. Mr. Lancaster began as an estimator, became project manager, directly managed roofing projects, ran the roofing department, overseeing all aspects of the roofing operation and became an owner of Metalcrafts in charge of the entire organization.

Graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelors of Science in Building Construction – 1978
Graduate of Georgia Tech Asbestos Certificate for Roofing Abatement

Jeffery J. Lancaster has over 28 years experience in the sheet metal and roofing industry at Metalcrafts. Mr. Lancaster began as a sheet metal apprentice, became a sheet metal journeyman, foreman, supervisor and owner of Metalcrafts.

Began work at Metalcrafts upon graduation from high school in June, 1978.

Vice President: Mr. Lancaster’s responsibilities include oversight and supervision, on a daily basis, of the sheet metal and membrane roofing operations, maintenance and repairs, shingle, tile and slate installations, purchasing, marketing, project coordination and maintenance of vehicles and equipment.
Experience:
Joseph M. Lancaster has over 23 years experience in the roofing and sheet metal industry at Metalcrafts. Mr. Lancaster began as a roofing apprentice, became a roofing mechanic, learned sheet metal flashings, became foreman, supervisor and owner of Metalcrafts.
Employment History:
Began work at Metalcrafts after a year of college at Southern Tech, in June 1983.
