R & D Lab, Rayonier
At Rayonier Lab, a Paper Mill located in Jessup, Georgia, constructing the metal roof was a complicated geometric task. A custom made circular, tapered frame needed to be created in order to perfectly conform to the radius of the roof. This way the metal would line up and form perfectly into a semi-circular pattern. You can see below the impressive roof line created for Rayonier by Metalcrafts, Inc.

Hercules Industrial Plant, Located in Brunswick, Georgia.
Chatham Steel
At Chatham Steel, Located in Savannah, Georgia, the first phase of the project has been completed; the metal siding. Removing the asbestos siding that was currently in place created hazardous conditions for Metalcrafts, and it needed to be handled carefully.
Phase 2, removal of the asbestos roof, and subsequent replacement has just been completed.
